Does a checked item prove official progress?
No. Every checkbox is a self-reported local observation. Historical labels also keep their dated build boundary.
Why are Missions and achievements generic counters?
The complete official names are unpublished in the checked sources. Generic counters preserve an observation without inventing a title.
