Card reroll costs: 25% versus 10%

Multiply normal draw cost by 0.25, or by 0.10 with Wayback Elixir. The latter saves 60% of a standard reroll. Three choices (four with Lucky Pull) are separate from price.

Record the exact build, current cost or unit rarity, and active upgrades before applying the rule. Change one decision at a time and compare the same encounter. A patch buff does not establish a universal best choice.

Fixes

Sacrifice rerolls no longer raise the next draw price. Reloading a draw no longer charges twice. Cards can have the intended maximum of three enchantments.

Gameplay

Rerolls cost 25% of a normal draw instead of 50%; Wayback Elixir reduces this to 10%.
