Witch Doctor base damage rose to 25 / 32 / 25 / 35 in v1.0.2. v1.0.3 corrected Frigid Core duration bonuses and reduced Frigid Core and Frostspire Extract prices; the fully upgraded slow-flask combination lasts 8 seconds.
